Guarantee policies
1.
The repair time
takes a maximum of (5) working days for malfunctions covered under the warranty,
excluding the period required to provide unavailable spare parts.
2.
The warranty does
not cover consumable spare parts.
3.
The warranty
covers the service of repairing or replacing spare parts free of charge in the
event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not mean product replacement
or reimbursement of its value. Warranty service excludes malfunctions resulting
from:
a. Misuse of the product or failure to follow the usage
instructions in the product manual.
b. Breakage, impact, shocks, cuts, or exposure of the product
to external destructive factors such as liquids, moisture, or high heat.
c. Modification of the external structure of the device (such
as changing color, engraving, or any other modification)
d. Repair attempts or maintenance by unauthorized parties, or use of non-original spare parts.
